Specializing in stacked townhome developments, you will supervise site operations, quality control, and health and safety protocols. A post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred to ensure you excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise all site construction operations and activities
- Uphold Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards
- Organize and manage site staff, trades, and contractors




- Implement health and safety project plans and MOL requirements
- Create and monitor project schedules, providing updates to management Requirements:
- 10+ years as a Site Superintendent in low-mid rise construction
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields preferred
