Senior Software Developer – Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, test and maintain business-critical applications

, translating technical specifications and business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions using up-to-date programming languages, preferably

Java

- Work across a multi-platform environment involving Windows Server and Red Hat Linux

, supporting both modern and legacy applications and ensuring system availability, performance and reliability.

- Work with multiple database technologies including

SQL Server, Oracle 19c and IBM DB2

, with hands-on experience in query/index/server performance tuning, backup/recovery and data integrity

.

- Utilize
Azure DevOps and GitHub for source control, development, CI/CD and application delivery, while following structured SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Support
Power Apps/low-code solutions

, middleware and gateway technologies,



including installation, configuration, administration, tuning and troubleshooting.

- Manage application monitoring, incident/problem resolution, change requests, release management, patching and production implementations for large-scale applications.

- Design and implement

REST API integrations

, conduct code reviews/unit testing, incorporate security requirements, and ensure solutions comply with organizational security standards and architecture.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, project managers and business stakeholders; translate user stories into product enhancements, prepare technical/system documentation, conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and provide ongoing technical support.
