- Conduct system, structure, component, and product integration
- Manage structure and system requirements, specifications, and flow down
- Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing
- Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams
- Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations
- Drive CTQ/risk trades within component design teams
- Manage product configuration and configuration control systems

- Work with cross-functional teams and influence policy within the area of responsibility Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams as a functional manager or project manager in a technically challenging environment
- Experience with nuclear engineering or related discipline,
especially in civil or electrical engineering
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
