- Conduct system, structure, component, and product integration
- Manage structure and system requirements, specifications, and flow down

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams as a functional manager or project manager in a technically challenging workplace
- Experience with nuclear engineering or related discipline,



especially in civil or electrical engineering
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
