Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager (AI / Agentic Programs)

Location: Greater Seattle Area (Onsite / Hybrid)

Role Overview

They are seeking highly experienced Technical Program Managers who are deeply technical and capable of driving AI and agentic system programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will play a hands-on Technical Program Manager role, partnering closely with engineering, data science, product, and leadership teams to deliver complex, large-scale technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) owning delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with a strong focus on AI, ML, and agentic systems
- Drive end-to-end program execution: roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, execution tracking, and delivery
- Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, platform, data, product, and architecture teams to translate business goals into executable technical plans
- Lead programs involving agentic AI workflows, autonomous systems, LLM-based solutions, AI platforms, and orchestration frameworks
- Deeply understand system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, model lifecycle, and infrastructure to enable informed technical decision-making
- Establish and manage program governance, metrics, timelines, and stakeholder communications at senior leadership level
- Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies across teams




- Influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple organizations

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall experience, with significant experience as a Technical Program Manager in large-scale technology environments
- Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software engineering concepts, cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and data architectures
- Proven experience driving AI / ML programs, including exposure to agentic AI systems, LLMs, automation frameworks, or intelligent platforms
- Experience managing highly complex, multi-team, multi-quarter programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering agentic AI solutions, autonomous workflows, or AI-driven platforms at scale
- Background in AI platform development, MLOps, or data platforms
- Prior experience in large enterprise or Big Tech environments
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Secure, or Agile certifications (nice to have)

Location Requirement

- Must be based in the Greater Seattle Area
- Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid model as required
