We are seeking an energetic and personable Server Or Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, serving practices,



and alcohol service to promote a safe environment

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a strong background in bartending and serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, change handling, and inventory management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly and energetic demeanor
