We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols




- Assist in setting up bar stations, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas to ensure a smooth operation

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally
- Experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately are necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
