Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS to ensure swift processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, food prep stations, and service equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation when needed,
following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions efficiently
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
