GlassHouse is community rooted, seasonal, from-scratch dining with a relaxed, social atmosphere. We take our food and drinks seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

What you’ll do

- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service
- Create a memorable experience for every guest
- Learn our food, cocktails, wine, and seasonal features
- Take orders accurately and confidently guide guests through the menu
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional service environment
- Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service running smoothly
- Help with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties
- Be proactive rather than waiting to be asked
- Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment

- Has previous serving experience, but we’re open to the right person with less experience
- Is reliable and shows up ready to work
- Has a genuine interest in food, drinks, and hospitality
- Can work calmly and professionally during busy service
- Communicates well with both guests and coworkers

- Understands that being part of a restaurant team means helping wherever needed
