Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting efficient restaurant operations
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience




- Assist with food preparation or setup when needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Practice proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a rapid-paced restaurant environment is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Basic kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
