Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety guidelines
- Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and processing payments
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of dining areas in compliance with health regulations




- Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless guest services and ensure a positive dining experience

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; strong background in the food industry is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order calculations
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
