Scores Saint-Laurent, in the Place Vertu shopping center is a well-known franchise in Montreal, specializing in popular comfort foods like chicken and ribs. We pride ourselves on delivering a lively dining experience with friendly service and quality meals.

Overview

We are looking for energetic and personable servers to join our team at Scores Saint-Laurent. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, providing excellent guest service, and have a passion for food and hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Paid positions available, including internships.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using a POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist with food handling, preparation, and basic food safety practices to ensure quality standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Maitre D, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism.
