Drive effective learning and organizational change as a Senior Advisor in Learning & Development at the University of Alberta. This hybrid position allows for a collaborative approach to training delivery.As a key stakeholder in learning strategies, the Senior Advisor focuses on training initiatives for the University of Alberta's enterprise projects. You'll be responsible for crafting and delivering complex educational solutions that facilitate change readiness and sustained implementation.



Your role will greatly influence the organization’s learning culture and development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Lead training and development strategies across projects- Design comprehensive learning solutions tailored for change- Establish a framework for organizational learning- Enable readiness for upcoming enterprise changes- Ensure effective implementation of learning programsRequirements:- Extensive experience in learning and development- Strong design skills for educational content- Ability to lead large training initiatives- Familiarity with change management processes- Solid communication skills to engage stakeholdersElevate organizational effectiveness and learning methodologies at the University of Alberta through impactful development initiatives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
