Automotive Sales Consultant - Orillia Hyundai

Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom or lot, establish rapport and understanding of their vehicle-needs and preferences. Provide professional presentations and demonstrations of both new and used inventory (features, options, benefits, etc.). Assist customers through the entire sales process: needs assessment, vehicle selection, test-drive coordination, negotiation and closing. Follow up on leads (in-person, phone, email) and maintain active prospect pipelines to meet sales targets. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the Hyundai line-up (and any used vehicles) including technology, warranties, incentives and competitive differentiators. Willingness to engage in dealership social media posts. Build lasting relationships with clients building trust and ease of transaction. Maintain Hyundai Canadas core Key Performance Indexes for customer satisfaction. Compensation





Flexible Pay Plan Options. 30% commission volume bonuses up to $2,500 monthly. Bonuses paid on Aftercare products sold. Option: salary and commission combined pay plans available upon request. About Orillia Hyundai
