Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the gym
• Provide warm greetings and assistance to members
• Educate guests about memberships and amenities
• Promote Fit4Less’ services and cleanliness values
• Report deficiencies and ensure resolutions promptly
Requirements:
• High School diploma or working towards completion
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
