Become a Service Support Specialist with Sensity, focusing on coaching and mentorship while advancing person-centered approaches in Hamilton and the Niagara Region. Lead and enhance service excellence while collaborating with operational teams. This key position combines practice-based leadership and support across Supported Living and Community programs.
You will guide teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service and serve as a trusted resource for Intervenors. Engaging in operational discussions, you'll contribute to workforce development and enhance service delivery across multiple programs in the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and modelling for Intervenors
- Act as a trusted advisor for complex challenges
- Produce summary notes from program visits
- Equip Intervenors with tools for success
- Champion consistent training delivery across teams
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent in related fields
- Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
- Proficiency in ASL or SEE communication
- Valid Class G driver’s license and vehicle access
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
