We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Discovery Engineer with expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
Your primary responsibilities include managing MID Servers and developing custom Discovery probes while ensuring high-quality CMDB populations. You will directly support SAM, HAM, and ITOM solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage MID Servers for secure discovery
- Develop custom Discovery probes and sensors using ServiceNow
- Ensure accurate CMDB population for SAM and HAM use cases
- Implement and support Service Mapping for application services
- Integrate Discovery with third-party tools for automation Requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow Discovery
- Strong skills in Custom Discovery probe development
- Proven expertise in Service Mapping implementations
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications required Utilize your SAM and ITOM expertise to enhance operational efficiency through accurate discovery solutions.
