Role: ServiceNow Developer

Type: Contract

:

- Design and implement engaging, efficient, and user-friendly UI components on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, and ServiceNow's UI Frameworks (UI Policies, UI Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, UI Pages, UI Macros, and Service Portal Widgets).

- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and developers to translate business requirements into functional UI/UX components.

- Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, forms, and portals to improve end-user experience.

- Develop and maintain Service Portal pages and widgets, ensuring responsive design and accessibility standards.

- Optimize performance and usability of ServiceNow UIs across devices and browsers.

- Conduct UI testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.





- Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a robust focus on UI/UX development.

- Solid front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.

- Proficiency in developing and customizing Service Portal, Catalog Items, Widgets, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, GlideRecord, and server/client-side scripting.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
