Retro North Games is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our new location in Thunder Bay!

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable person who enjoys helping customers and has an interest in video games, trading cards, collectibles, tabletop games, or similar hobbies.

Responsibilities include
Greeting customers and helping them find products
Operating the cash register and POS system
Stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise
Testing and cleaning used games, consoles, and accessories
Keeping the store clean and presentable
Assisting with trade-ins and basic product questions
Helping with online orders and other day-to-day store duties

The ideal candidate:
Is reliable, honest, friendly, and comfortable working with the public
Has positive attention to detail and organizational skills
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has knowledge of retro and modern video games; knowledge of Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Warhammer,



or other collectibles is an asset
Is comfortable learning current products and store procedures
Is available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Previous retail experience is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who is enthusiastic, dependable, and willing to learn.
