The Training House is looking for experienced Freelance Personal Trainers interested in growing their own personal training business within our new open gym space.

This prospect is designed for independent trainers who want access to a professional, well-equipped training setting without operating their own facility. Trainers will manage their own clients, scheduling and coaching while working alongside The Training House community.

Responsibilities
Provide protected, professional one-on-one personal training.
Manage your own clients, programming and scheduling.
Coach proper exercise technique and modify training to individual needs.
Maintain a clean and organized training space.
Follow The Training House facility policies and professional standards.




Contribute positively to the gym setting and member experience.

Skills & Qualifications
Recognized Personal Training certification or relevant fitness education.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Personal training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of strength training, exercise technique and program design.
Professional, reliable and confident working independently.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 – 30.0 per week
