Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, visitors and medical staff in a friendly and skilled manner.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
Handle incoming calls, mail, email fax and respond to inquiries regarding appointments, and other medical services.
Perform administrative tasks such as update medical inventory, forms and other office related documentations.
Process patient information securely using electronic medical records systems.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow.




Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements
Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems.
Familiarity with VELOX systems would be an asset.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite would be an asset.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
