About the Role

We're looking for a part time team member to run our front desk on Saturdays and support our team with patient care tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and a hands-on support to our clinical team throughout the day.

Hours: Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Duties

Front Desk
Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and answer phones
Schedule and coordinate appointments to keep patient flow moving
Process payments and handle billing/claims submission for EHC (extended health care), WSIB, and MVA patients
Maintain accurate patient records and safeguard confidentiality (PHIPA)
Keep reception and treatment areas, including laundry (linens/towels), clean and organized

Clinical Support
Assist therapists with room setup and equipment prep




Support patients with mobility and previously instructed exercises
Communicate clearly with the clinical team using correct medical terminology

Qualifications
Healthcare or clinic front-desk experience preferred
Experience with insurance billing (EHC/extended health, WSIB, or MVA claims) an asset
Comfortable with medical terminology
Solid multitasker with a warm, skilled manner
Familiarity with scheduling software (we use Juvonno) an asset
CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 4.0 per week
