Provide compassionate care at AgeCare as a Personal Support Worker. You will assist residents according to individualized care plans while ensuring a secure and safe setting for everyone. AgeCare is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to join its vibrant team.

In this role, you will monitor resident care and assist with documentation and onboarding. Your participation in staff meetings and training will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care. Knowledge and adherence to infection prevention and control policies are essential requirements for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor care given to residents daily
Document care information as directed
Attend in-service sessions and workshops
Assist in onboarding recent staff members
Follow IPAC policies and procedures

Requirements:
Graduate of the PSW Certificate/Diploma Program
Meet vocational standards by the Ministry of Training
Familiarity with geriatric care needs
Understanding of sanitation and cleaning techniques
Knowledge of bedside treatment techniques
