Focus on functional transfers, cognitive assessments, and home safety improvements, using evidence-based practice.
Your role will also involve collaborating with both clients and families to ensure tailored and effective rehabilitation plans. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments focusing on mobility and accessibility
Develop individualized plans to enhance functional performance
Engage clients in self-management and health initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for service quality
Facilitate training and supervision of support staff Requirements:
Accredited bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with ACOT
Recent graduates supported with comprehensive training
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
