Lead organization design and implementation initiatives
Design and refine operating models for effectiveness
Partner on organizational diagnostics and improvement strategies




Facilitate workshops and sessions with senior leaders
Develop evidence-based options and recommendations for change

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years in organization design or management consulting
Deep expertise in governance and accountability structures
Skilled in critical analysis and strategic thinking
Solid facilitation and communication abilities
Experience with organizational modeling tools preferred
