As a Powersports and Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and preparing customer and inventory units while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with our Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues
Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-scheduled services
Complete PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections) on current units
Install accessories and performance upgrades
Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical, suspension, and driveline systems
Accurately document repairs and recommendations on repair orders
Maintain efficiency and productivity targets
Follow all manufacturer procedures and safety standards
Keep work areas clean and organized
Assist with seasonal setup and service demands

QualificationsRequired
Minimum 3 years of powersports technician experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Experience servicing ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles, or marine products
Valid driver's license with clean driving record




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred
Experience with Polaris products
Experience with CF Moto products
Manufacturer training or certifications
Experience with Ski-Doo, Can-Am, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, or Mercury products
Electrical diagnostic experience
MTO or relevant trade certifications
