As the Manager for Child, Youth & Family Mental Health and Substance Use Services, reporting to the Director of Clinical Service Delivery, you will guide program development and improve service coordination across multiple sites. This role requires a visionary leader to enhance operational and financial management while ensuring that care aligns with Island Health's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:
Set direction for client care activities and operational planning
Develop and implement care programs and policies




Manage financial and human resources effectively
Collaborate with CYFMHSU team for cohesive service delivery
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:
Master's degree in healthcare discipline required
Minimum 7 years’ management experience in child and youth services
Expertise in community and inpatient service delivery
Valid BC Driver's License
