In the role of Senior Policy Analyst, you will lead research and collaboration efforts regarding Bill C-92, contributing to national advocacy strategies.

Your role involves analyzing complex data, communicating findings, and supporting policy initiatives that align with First Nations rights. You will engage with various stakeholders to foster relationships and advance community interests. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis
Support policy development with stakeholder engagement




Draft correspondence and briefing materials
Maintain and manage relevant datasets
Coordinate meetings and engagements with internal and external entities

Requirements:
Degree in First Nations studies, social work, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant policy analysis
Specialized knowledge of First Nations child welfare
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual ability is preferred
