Lead The Salvation Army's Withdrawal Management Program at the London Centre of Hope. Drive quality clinical services and ensure adherence to Ontario standards within a values-driven setting. This management role requires overseeing all facets of the Withdrawal Management Program, ensuring compliance with policies and high-quality standards.
You will develop client services, manage risks, and spearhead staff development while fostering effective public relations. The position is pivotal in leading a team committed to client success within the addiction treatment sector. Key Responsibilities:
Administer and direct the Withdrawal Management Program
Develop and implement quality management plans
Monitor and evaluate client care processes
Prepare statistical and operational reports
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health or Social Services
Minimum five years in a related field
Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
Certification as an addiction counselor preferred
