Your role will involve producing detailed financial reports, analyzing results, and guiding management with transparent insights and recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and planning efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Provide variance analysis for monthly results
Create comprehensive financial reports for leadership
Support Management with strategic financial insights
Lead sales commission and performance reporting processes
Coordinate the budgeting cycle across business units

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields
Minimum 5 years in FP&A; and financial analysis
Bilingual communication skills required
Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
Leadership experience preferred
