Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Sales
Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Help customers find the right sizes, styles, and products
Operate the cash register accurately
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
Assist with merchandising and seasonal floor resets

Buying and Product Evaluation
Evaluate incoming secondhand items based on condition, safety, brand, and store guidelines
Determine resale values and calculate purchase offers
Keep the buying area clean, organized, and productive
Follow Winmark’s safety, recall, and quality standards

Sorting and Processing
Sort incoming clothing by size, quality, and season
Attach tags to individual items and ensure each tag matches the correct product
Place items on the appropriate racks or shelves
Refill shelves and maintain fully stocked sections




Create backstock bins and organize them by category and season

Requirements
A minimum of one year of retail experience
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous secondhand retail experience is a robust asset
Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Good communication and customer-service skills
Ability to lift and move bins and other items as required for daily operations
