Promote best practices in care delivery across all service models
Direct and coordinate clinical staff for effective service
Implement initiatives to enhance clinical quality and safety




Oversee incident management and safety analysis
Identify and address service continuity risks in care

Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing with active BCCNM registration
Minimum five years of clinical care experience required
Proven progression in leadership roles is essential
Infection Prevention & Control knowledge is advantageous
Willingness to travel throughout British Columbia is necessary
