Become a vital part of CN’s team managing bridges and structures in BC. Your leadership will ensure the effective maintenance and safety of our rail network. In this role as Manager of Bridges and Structures, you will be responsible for planning and executing the Capital and Operating Maintenance Program.

Candidates should bring at least five years of relevant experience in bridge management and design. Collaborate closely with various engineering teams while supervising inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop energetic maintenance plans for bridges and culverts
Manage development and approval of maintenance drawings
Perform field audits and assess bridge inspection accuracy
Inspect bridges for planning capital maintenance
Collaborate with consultants for projects and improvements

Requirements:
At least 5 years in bridge construction or assessment
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
P.Eng Certification required
Knowledge of railroad structures and safety protocols
Robust analytical and project management abilities
