Become a part time Enhancement Educator at the YMCA and empower children to thrive in a supportive setting. This role supports staff and enriches child care experiences. The YMCA is actively looking for dedicated Enhancement Educators (Non-RECE) to join our team. You will play a vital role in creating a stimulating setting for school-age children and assist fellow educators in implementing engaging programs.

Responsibilities include administering medication, supporting child development documentation, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning engaging child-centered programs
Maintain cleanliness and safety in activity areas
Administer medication to children as needed
Observe and communicate child development observations
Foster teamwork among staff members

Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Current First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification
College degree preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of Child Care Early Years Act is an asset
Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check within 90 days
