Health is looking for a passionate Mental Health and Addictions Case Coordinator Nurse (RN/RPN) to join the Complex Care Housing team. This role involves working within an interdisciplinary team to provide targeted treatment and case management to clients experiencing mental illness and addiction issues. Your skills in assessment, counseling, and education will be pivotal in promoting recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive treatment services to clients
Conduct mental health assessments and treatment planning




Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling
Work collaboratively with community resources
Maintain supportive relationships with clients and families

Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing required
Two years of experience in mental health care
Registered with BCCNM as a Nurse
BC Driver’s License required for local travel
