Position Overview:

The Logistics Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring the movement of freight across North America, or even across the globe, is successfully coordinated and executed according to our customer’s requirements.

Since its inception Vimich was created with the intent of representing the Manufacturers interest and not those of the carriers as is so common in the industry. Vimich has been offering small to medium size companies the same efficiencies, scale and cost savings realized by the fortune 500 companies.is expanding so we are seeking motivated individuals to join our agile team in Tecumseh, ON. We deliver efficient, reliable transportation and logistics solutions across North America and around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter and process freight bills, invoices, and shipping documentation with accuracy.

· Track and trace shipments, updating customers proactively in the event of delays.

· Maintain accurate carrier information, ensuring licenses and authorities are up to date.

· Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers to support smooth shipment operations.





· Assist with claims and resolution processing.

· Provide professional, timely communication via phone and email.

· Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in transportation and logistics is an asset but not required.

· Strong typing and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

· Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.

· Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
