Responsibilities
Design and deliver dynamic pickleball coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels
Teach fundamental techniques, rules, and strategies to beginners and advanced players alike
Monitor players’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate continuous improvement
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including proper use of equipment
Organize friendly matches, drills, and tournaments to encourage community engagement
Maintain a clean and organized court environment, including equipment setup and storage




Communicate effectively with participants to foster a positive, energetic atmosphere that promotes fun and learning

Skills
Proven experience in teaching or coaching pickleball
Strong knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and game strategies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of players
Ability to demonstrate proper technique through clear instruction and live demonstrations
Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a lively environment

Pay: $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 per week
