Drive lodge goals and maintain administrative tasks
Provide leadership and development to lodge staff
Act as a guest liaison and ensure satisfaction
Manage bar stock control and inventory checks
Develop and manage staff schedules

Requirements:
2+ years in hospitality management
Certification in Food Safety and First Aid
Experience with POS systems is a plus
