Security to lead day-to-day operations of the National Integrated Guarding Operations Centre. In this position, you will oversee hiring, training, and supporting staff while ensuring clients receive exceptional service. Collaborating with executive and operational leaders, you'll aim for continuous improvement in metrics and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the training and performance management of staff
Develop operational protocols and client-specific orders
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports

Requirements:
5+ years in security or operations management
