Develop and implement quality control systems and documentation
Conduct internal and external audits to maintain standards
Facilitate investigations of customer issues and execute corrective actions
Champion continuous improvement initiatives cross-functionally
Lead and support your quality team through training and performance management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing
Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent
Familiarity with core quality tools: SPC, MSA, PPAP
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
