Job Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is cleaning newly constructed residential homes, including post-construction, pre-possession, and final cleaning.

Typical duties may include
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning windows, mirrors, countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces
Removing construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
Performing detailed cleaning to prepare new homes for inspection or possession
Working independently and as part of a cleaning team

All work is performed indoors. The company provides all necessary qualified cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

Successful candidates must
Be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid SIN/work authorization
Have their own reliable vehicle and be able to drive to different job sites in Calgary
Be available during weekday daytime hours for at least 3 days per week
Be physically capable of performing cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
Be reliable, punctual,



efficient, and detail-oriented
Be able to follow instructions and work well with a team
Take pride in completing work thoroughly and professionally

Previous professional cleaning or construction-cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
