About the Chance
WSG is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for a major industrial steam generation facility. This position requires a strong mechanical background, practical field experience, and a proactive leadership approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities.
Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Perform hands-on maintenance work as required.
Support troubleshooting and repair of boilers, rotating equipment, and auxiliary systems.
Manage work orders, maintenance records, and scheduling requirements.
Coordinate contractors and external service providers when necessary.
Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Journeyperson Millwright, Mechanical Technician, or equivalent experience.
Robust background in turbo machinery and industrial mechanical systems.
Experience working with boiler and steam generation systems.
Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial maintenance environments.
Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Cold Lake.
