The Operations
Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Faculty of Forestry and Environmental Stewardship's academic and administrative priorities. This position involves leading operational projects, establishing service standards, and managing facility-wide operations. Successful candidates will demonstrate solid leadership in administrative services, safety, and project management. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Dean's Office administrative services and procurement processes
Oversee facility operations and space planning initiatives
Plan and deliver Faculty-wide events and conferences
Develop health, safety, and emergency management protocols
Recruit and supervise temporary staff for events and projects
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum two years of related experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of safety legislation and facilities management
