Join Closing the Gap Healthcare as a full time Paediatric Occupational Therapist in York Region. Provide therapy and support to children with complex needs in the community and at home. The position involves working collaboratively with therapy teams in various community settings and homes, focusing on enhancing children’s independence through tailored interventions. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments for children
Create individualized, family-centered therapy plans
Provide therapy for complex neurological and musculoskeletal needs
Recommend mobility aids and adaptive equipment
Collaborate with colleagues and therapy assistants Requirements:
Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Previous paediatric experience preferred
Ability to manage time and workload effectively
Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle
