What You'll Be Doing
Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility
Load and unload parts on Haas CNC milling machines
Deburr and clean machined parts according to work instructions
Perform visual inspections of finished products
Verify part quantities and maintain production records
Read and follow drawings, work orders, and instructions
Monitor machine operation and report issues when they arise
Report quality concerns to the Quality and Production teams
Work on a variety of custom-manufactured parts and production orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
Work independently while meeting production and quality requirements

Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
What Makes This Role Unique Unlike high-volume production facilities, we manufacture custom parts built to our customers' specifications. Operators will see a variety of products, materials, and order quantities, from single-piece jobs to larger production runs.
