Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in selecting parts while ensuring a clean and well-stocked inventory. You will manage receiving shipments, provide price information, and facilitate parts delivery to technicians ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Check and count parts upon arrival from suppliers
Assist customers in selecting required parts
Inform customers of specials and companion part needs
Answer inbound calls for pricing and parts inquiries
Use company vehicle for parts deliveries and pickups

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor
CDK experience required
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
