The Hope to Health Clinic, part of Providence Healthcare, is seeking a Social Worker Lead to join the Downtown Eastside clinic. You will provide clinical guidance, mentor staff, and coordinate social work and psycho-social services within a multidisciplinary team.
Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, you will oversee practice standards, supervise multiple staff, and foster collaboration with community partners to improve patient care and outcomes.
