Looking for an energetic and committed assistant who is willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to our patients.
Specific responsibilities:
Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling
Data entry of patient care information into Kroll
Third Party adjudication
Accurate filling prescription medications and blister packaging
Maintenance of pharmacy and OTC stock (expiry, adequate inventory etc.)
General OTC inquiries from patients and referral to pharmacist where required and necessary
Handling customer prescription pick up
Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
Regular cleaning of pharmacy including garbage disposal, mopping, wiping counters, etc.
