Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and safety standards
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service
Follow food handling procedures to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing multiple stations and prioritizing tasks effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment cleaning and storage
Contribute to a positive team setting by communicating clearly and supporting fellow staff members
Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a rapid-paced setting
Basic understanding of serving standards and customer service principles
Strong attention to detail when handling food and maintaining cleanliness standards
