Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for service
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination




Collaborate with servers and management to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food service

Qualifications
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is a solid plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Solid attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure
Basic understanding of serving protocols and meal presentation techniques
